Behold the egg....
Hot N Frozen's having an egg festival...yours truely attended it...(awesome food, btw)...and as i was eating, the great mind was working...
I FEEL SORRY FOR EGGS!!!
i mean, eggs...they have no identity...nothing that they can call their own...
a vegetarian would say..."i'm a vegetarian....i eat veggies(duh-UH)....but i don't (or do) mind eggs in cake"....some would say..."i am a vegetarian, 'But' i eat eggs"....and a non-vegetarian would say..."i'm a non-vegetarian"....it is merely assumed that he eats eggs.....no one ever asks a non-vegetarian if he eats eggs...yet eggs per say are NOT non-vegetarian food....so i ask you...
WHAT IS AN EGG???
who eats an egg??.....what is the identity of an egg??....an egg is niether here nor there....it is on no side of the fence...this or that....no body CARES about eggs....nobody thinks that eggs might be hurt by this callous behavior.....they r just left in limbo...at no specific place on the food chain....has anyone EVER wondered...

dearie ruth, two things you must look at before saying what u have said about the identity of an egg:
1. you were part of a fest that was dedicated to Eggs, so they have a bloody strong identity.
2. you have a vegetarian who eats weg food right? and a non vegetarian who eats practically anything edible and accepted in the civilized world as eatable, right? but you have a complete category of people who eat eggs called 'eggeatarians'.
do you still feel an egg has no identity... think again!
